Whale Watching from Byron’s Iconic Lighthouse
Enjoying stunning views of the Byron Bay landscape from the Lighthouse is made ever so much more fun during the months of June to November with the migration of the whales. Cruising past Byron Bay on their way south these spectacular aquatic marine mammals do often put on a show with their blowhole spraying water and the occasional breaching to show off. While there are wonderful cruises available, if time is short a walk to the lighthouse and a stop at some vantage points along the way should be enough to see whale activity.
